Wat Kalim was a monastery located off the city island in the northern area of Ayutthaya, in the Khlong Sra Bua Sub-district.
The monastery was situated northwest of Wat Intharam (active temple) and west of Wat Wihan Thong (ruin).
There are no traces anymore visible of the monastery above ground level.
Historical data about the monastery and its construction are unknown.
The site is only indicated on a 1974 Fine Arts Department (FAD) map and presumably has never been excavated as no traces appear of it on later Fine Arts Department maps.
I do not know the source of the FAD for indicating a former monastery in this location.
The site must have been in geographical coordinates: 14° 21' 59.40" N, 100° 33' 59.14" E.
