Historical Events is a representation of the chronological events occurred in the Ayutthayan Kingdom from the 14th century until the end of the
18th century. This historical time line is intended for the visitors who do not have the time to search the history out themselves from a mass of
contradictory documents.

The first objective is draft these "Historical Event" pages, based mainly on two books being "The Royal Chronicles of Ayutthaya" by Richard D.
Cushman (2006) with as sources the versions of Luang Prasoet, Phan Canthanumat, British Museum, Reverend Phonnarat, Phra Cakkraphatdiphong
& the Royal Autograph; and "A History of Siam" a Siamese history book written by William A.R. Wood (1924).

The second objective - at a later stage - will be to compare these sources with the sources of neighboring countries as Burma, Cambodia, Laos, etc.
The spelling of the names of the different Kings of Sukhothai, Ayutthaya and Lan Na Thai, is taken from the book "Thailand, A Short History" by
David K. Wyatt (2003).
