| Wat Jan or the Monastery of the Moon is located in Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Historical Park on the city island, west in Bueng Phra Ram. In situ is a modern Buddhist construction built on top of the ruin, showing Phra Palelai. Old bricks are still visible underneath. Its historical background and period of construction are unknown. The site is located in geographical coordinates: 14° 21' 22.65" N, 100° 33' 44.18" E. |
