Wat Kradok was located off the city island in the eastern area of Ayutthaya, in the Khlong Suan Phlu Sub-district. Wat Phra Non and Wat Chumphon were on its west side, while Wat Bot Daeng and Wat Rang stood in the east.
The three monasteries could be accessed by the canals Khlong Suan Phlu, Khlong Dusit and Khlong Phra Non. Khlong Phra Non passed south of the monasteries.
The site has been restored as it was before, completely hidden by vegetation. In situ was a brick mound with the remains of multiple monastic structures. A commemoration vihara displaying several Buddha images had been built on top of the mound.
Restoration occurred after the extensive flooding of Oct-Nov 2011 CE, around 2015 CE.
The ground plan of Wat Kradok seems to have been a prayer hall and an ordination hall, with between them a stupa. The site was walled. After restoration, the site was named Wat Pradok nonetheless, all the maps indicate Wat Kradok.
Historical data about the monastery and its construction is unknown.
Wat Kradok is in geographical coordinates: 14° 20' 26.51" N, 100° 35' 24.62" E.
